ComingHome (formerly knowns as Homecoming) 2023
At this time, our next in-person gathering is planned for October of 2023: Homecoming 2023 will be the weekend of October 6 & 7.
Plans are still being finalized but will likely include a climb up Mt. Moosilauke, an in-person Casual Conversation, a class meeting, tailgating, football against Yale, and plenty of free time to socialize with classmates. We would love to have a great turnout. The more ‘69s, the better!

The next Casual Conversation is on Sunday, October 23 at 3 pm Eastern, and features classmate John Leavitt and his wife Sue. The topic is Management of the Family Forest in Northeastern United States, and is described below in detail. I hope that you will join us for what promises to be a terrific session.

Questions have been raised about the best timing and structure for our Class Homecoming event. The College currently alternates between early and late October to coincide with home football games against Yale and Harvard. Late October weather in New England and higher prices during the official Homecoming weekend are disincentives for some in our Class.
Reeves, Julian Taylor (October 1, 2022)
Mr. Julian Taylor Reeves, 75 of Woodbridge VA, went from labor to his reward on Saturday, October 1, 2022. He was born On May 7, 1947 in Memphis, Tennessee, to Cecil Vivian Reeves and Carolyn Helen Bernice Allen Reeves. He was raised in both Athens, Alabama and Tallahassee, FL.

Casual Conversation with David Kertzer, Oct 9th, 2022
Brown Professor David I. Kertzer won a Pulitzer Prize for his book The Pope and Mussolini: The Secret History of Pius XI and the Rise of Fascism in Europe (Random House 2014), and on June 7 his new book will be published: The Pope at War: The Secret History of Pius XII, Mussolini, and Hitler (Random House). His new book is already (as of May 29) ranked as #90 of all books on Amazon.com.
